1. Acceptance of Terms
By using RugPullBot, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Bot.2. Purpose
RugPullBot is provided solely for educational and informational purposes. The Bot is designed to demonstrate advanced trading automation mechanisms and is not intended to promote, facilitate, or condone unethical or fraudulent activities.3. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from:- Utilizing the Bot for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
- Engaging in activities that may harm others financially, technologically, or otherwise.
- Violating applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction.
- Misusing the Bot to simulate or facilitate real-world harmful activities.
4. Multiple Accounts / Alt Accounts
RugPullBot enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy. Specifically:- You may hold only one (1) account per person, household, or payment source. Creating additional accounts is prohibited.
- You may not create alt, duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts for any purpose — including but not limited to ban evasion, referral farming, signup coupon abuse, review gaming, or circumventing plan limits.
- Detection disclosure: to enforce this clause, we log and analyze signals including IP addresses, device fingerprints, wallet addresses, and payment sources. By using the Bot you consent to this collection and analysis.
- Enforcement: a confirmed violation results in the permanent ban of all linked accounts, with no refund, and forfeiture of any plan balance, referral earnings, or pending payouts attached to the cluster.
- Household exception: genuine household members sharing a network may request a manual whitelist by emailing support@rugpullbot.com before creating the second account. Requests made after a second account already exists will not be honored.
