Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account.

Enabling 2FA

Access Settings

Go to Profile > Security Settings

Enable 2FA

Click “Enable Two-Factor Authentication”

Scan QR Code

Use an authenticator app to scan the QR code

Enter Code

Enter the 6-digit code from your app

Save Backup Codes

Store backup codes securely for recovery

2FA Warning Banner

If 2FA is not enabled, you’ll see a warning banner reminding you to secure your account.
Enable 2FA to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Password Security

Strong Password Tips

  • Use at least 12 characters
  • Mix uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include numbers and symbols
  • Avoid common words or patterns
  • Don’t reuse passwords

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Profile > Change Password
  2. Enter current password
  3. Create new strong password
  4. Confirm new password

Session Security

Active Sessions

Monitor your active login sessions:
  • Device type
  • Location (approximate)
  • Last activity time

Ending Sessions

Click “Sign Out” to end your current session. All other sessions remain active unless individually terminated.

Security Best Practices

Never reuse your RugPullBot password on other sites.
Two-factor authentication significantly reduces account compromise risk.
Always check you’re on rugpullbot.com before logging in.
Your email is used for recovery - keep it secure.
Check your activity log regularly for suspicious actions.

Anti-MEV Protection

Protects transactions from sandwich attacks by malicious bots.

Anti-Sniper Mode

Prevents known sniper bots from front-running your launch.
These features are enabled by default and highly recommended to keep on.

Reporting Security Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability:
  1. Do not publicly disclose the issue
  2. Contact support via Telegram
  3. Provide detailed information
  4. Allow time for investigation
Responsible disclosure of security issues is appreciated and may be rewarded.

Account Recovery

Lost Password

  1. Click “Forgot Password” on sign-in page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check email for reset link
  4. Create new password

Lost 2FA Access

  1. Use one of your backup codes
  2. If no backup codes, contact support
  3. Verify identity through support process
Store your 2FA backup codes securely. Without them, account recovery requires manual verification.
