Profile

The Profile page allows you to manage your account settings and preferences.

Accessing Profile

Click on your username in the navigation bar and select “Profile” from the dropdown.

Account Information

Username

Your unique identifier on the platform. Displayed in:
  • Navigation bar
  • Rug activity feed (when publishing)
  • Leaderboards
You can change your username at any time from your Profile settings.

Email

Email address associated with your account. Used for:
  • Account recovery
  • Notifications
  • Verification
Email addresses cannot be changed directly. Contact support if you need to update your email address.

Telegram Connection

Connecting Telegram

If not connected, you’ll see the option to link your Telegram account:

Click Connect

Click “Connect to Telegram” in your profile

Open Telegram Bot

Click the link to open our Telegram bot

Start Bot

Send /start to the bot

Verify Code

Enter the verification code shown

Disconnecting

To disconnect Telegram:
  1. Go to Profile settings
  2. Click “Disconnect Telegram”
  3. Confirm disconnection
Disconnecting Telegram will disable Portfolio access and bot features.

Password Management

Change Password

Click Change Password

Navigate to Profile > Change Password

Enter Current

Type your current password

Enter New

Create a new password meeting requirements

Confirm

Re-enter the new password

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Subscription Information

View your current subscription status:

Click on the plan badge to navigate to the Plans page for upgrades.

Redeem Code

Enter subscription or addon codes:
  1. Enter code in the “Redeem Code” field
  2. Click “Redeem”
  3. Plan/addon activates immediately
Redeem codes are case-insensitive but must be entered exactly.
