## Getting Started

    RugPullBot is a platform for launching and managing cryptocurrency tokens on the Solana and BNB Smart Chain (BSC) blockchains. It uses data from real historical market events to help you optimize your trading strategy.

    Visit [rugpullbot.com/signup](https://rugpullbot.com/signup) and either fill in your details (username, email, password) or click one of the SSO buttons to sign up instantly with Google, Discord, Steam, or Telegram. Email signups require a 6-digit verification code sent to your inbox.

  <Accordion title="Can I sign in with Google, Discord, or Steam?">
    Yes. RugPullBot supports SSO sign-in with Google, Discord, Steam, and Telegram. If you create an account via SSO, you'll be asked to choose a username on your first login. You can link additional providers later from your [Profile](/web/profile) page.

  <Accordion title="Is Telegram connection required?">
    Telegram connection is required for Portfolio features (creating and managing coins). However, you can browse the platform, view the Rugs feed, and explore plans without connecting.

  <Accordion title="What are the subscription costs?">
    Plans range from 2 SOL (Tester) to 9 SOL (Premium). Most plans are one-time lifetime payments with no recurring fees. Boosted variants and add-ons are also available. You can pay in SOL or BNB — see the Chains & Multichain section below. See the [Plans](/web/plans) page for full details.

## Chains & Multichain

  <Accordion title="Which chains does RugPullBot support?">
    Two chains: **Solana (SOL)** and **BNB Smart Chain / BSC (BNB)**. A chain selector lets you choose which chain to use when you create or import a wallet and when you create a coin. Solana addresses are base58 keys viewed on Solscan; BSC addresses are `0x…` addresses viewed on BscScan.

  <Accordion title="How do I pay for a plan in BNB?">
    At checkout, use the currency picker and choose **BNB**. You'll get a BSC deposit address plus a scannable QR code (EIP-681). The plan's USD value is converted to the exact BNB amount at checkout. You can also pay in SOL if you prefer.

  <Accordion title="How do I import a BSC wallet?">
    Choose "Import Wallet", select **BSC** as the chain, then provide either a 12-word seed phrase or a raw private key (`0x` followed by 64 hex characters). Solana imports use a 12-word seed phrase only. Never share your seed phrase or private key.

  <Accordion title="Can I transfer between Solana and BSC?">
    No. Transfers stay on a single chain — SOL → SOL and BNB → BNB only. Cross-chain transfers are not supported.

  <Accordion title="Are BSC addresses supported for monitoring?">
    Yes. Subscribers can watch an arbitrary BSC (`0x…`) address for activity, and monitor BEP20 tokens for dump risk — not just Solana addresses and tokens.

## Coin Creation & Trading

  <Accordion title="What does 'Let AI Handle It' do?">
    This feature automatically fills in your coin's metadata (name, ticker, description, image, social links) from the latest detected rug in our queue. Coins created this way are marked with an "AI Mode" badge and use data from real historical market patterns.

  <Accordion title="What is AI Mode?">
    AI Mode is a fully automated system that handles the entire coin lifecycle — from creation to rug execution to profit withdrawal — without manual intervention. It requires a minimum of 40 SOL in wallet balance and is available on Basic plans and above. See [AI Mode](/web/ai-mode) for full details.

  <Accordion title="How does the trading work?">
    Trading uses data from actual rug pull events. Price action, volume, and market cap progression are based on real historical token behavior.

  <Accordion title="What is a rug trigger?">
    Rug triggers automatically execute the rug (sell all holdings) when specific conditions are met, such as reaching a certain market cap, holder count, or liquidity level.

  <Accordion title="Can I run multiple coins?">
    Yes, you can create and run multiple coins simultaneously. Each coin has its own settings and runs independently.

## Wallet & Funds

  <Accordion title="Are the wallets real Solana wallets?">
    Yes, wallets created in RugPullBot are real on-chain wallets — Solana wallets hold real SOL, and BSC wallets hold real BNB. You can send and receive the native token and execute real trades on each chain.

  <Accordion title="Where do profits go?">
    Profits are sent to your configured withdrawal addresses. Set these in Coin Settings before launching. You can split profits across multiple wallets by percentage or fixed amount.

  <Accordion title="What fees are involved?">
    * **Solana network fees**: \~0.000005 SOL per transaction (BSC network fees are paid in BNB as gas)
    * **XMR conversion fee**: 5% on all profit when using XMR withdrawals
    * **Platform fee**: 10% mandatory fee on all rugs that profit more than \$1,000 USD

  <Accordion title="How does the platform fee work?">
    For any rug that generates more than \$1,000 USD in profit, a mandatory 10% fee applies. You will receive notifications via the website, email, and Telegram bot with the exact SOL amount and wallet address for payment. This fee must be paid within 24 hours of the rug completing. Failure to pay results in account access being revoked and permanent blacklisting from the platform.

## Technical

  <Accordion title="What is the bonding curve?">
    The bonding curve represents liquidity progress. On Pump.fun, approximately 85 SOL fills the curve to 100%. Your dev buy and bundler configuration affect initial curve position.

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between bundler modes?">
    * **Safe**: Slower, maximum protection against detection
    * **Instant**: All wallets execute simultaneously for maximum impact
    * **Delayed**: Staggered execution for natural trading appearance
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What is InstaRUG?">
    InstaRUG is a preset that analyzes the original rug's data and automatically configures your coin to rug at the same market cap as the original, using optimized settings.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How does Anti-MEV protection work?">
    Anti-MEV protection routes transactions through secure channels to avoid sandwich attacks from malicious bots that could front-run your trades.

## Account & Security

  <Accordion title="How do I enable 2FA?">
    Go to your Profile page and find the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click "Enable", scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the verification code, and save your recovery codes.

  <Accordion title="What if I lose access to my 2FA app?">
    Use one of your recovery codes (format: XXXX-XXXX) on the sign-in screen. If you don't have recovery codes, contact support via Telegram for manual verification.

  <Accordion title="How do I link my Google/Discord/Steam account?">
    Go to your [Profile](/web/profile) page and scroll to the Connected Accounts section. Click "Connect" next to the provider you want to link. You'll be redirected to that provider's login page, then back to your profile once linked.

  <Accordion title="I signed up with SSO — how do I set a password?">
    Go to your [Profile](/web/profile) page. First make sure you have a verified email address, then click "Set Password" in the password section.

  <Accordion title="Can I change my username or email?">
    You can update your email from the Profile page using the email verification flow. Username changes are not currently supported — contact support for special circumstances.

  <Accordion title="How do I delete my account?">
    Contact support to request account deletion. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
